M.H.S. Homes Inc. began as a dream of the owners, AJ and Brianna Eubank, after AJ has spent 20+ years in the install side of the manufactured home business. AJ still runs the install company, Manufactured House Specialist Inc, offering set-up services and tear-down services of manufactured and modular homes. However, now AJ and his wife Brianna, also get to sell homes in the business they know so well.

Brianna's father, Dave Richardson, a retired law enforcement officer of over 30+ years, helped to make AJ and Brianna's M.H.S. Homes Inc. dream possible. Dave's countless and selfless hours serving them thru various project management tasks, integrity, compassion, and grit, are what make him invaluable and a highly treasured asset to the company. 

Brianna's twin sister, Brittany Madden, possesses her family's long-held values of integrity and strong work ethic with a strong suite in friendliness! Brittany has always been the "people person" of the bunch and has held a strong suite status in business management obtained through Purdue University where she graduated with her degree in Business Administration with Concentration in Office Management. Not only did Brittany graduate from Purdue University, but she also worked at Purdue diligently there for 4 years, quickly excelling from lower administration to higher administration office personnel, to her most recent held title as Senior Administrative Clerk over all their residential services! She is overqualified and we are thrilled to have her on our team!
